Our driving force is the unwavering commitment to guide future racing stars on their journey, from the exhilarating world of karting to the realization of their professional motorsports ambitions. Our mission is clear: to identify, engage, test and cultivate the next generation of racing superstars by providing the essential tools and support they need to succeed.
Our program is dedicated to fostering the development of young drivers’ skills. We achieve this goal by offering the most important commodity in motorsport, plenty of track time which also helps them to develop an understanding of car set up. Further, we also help them by evaluating the right opportunities in feeder series like Spec Miata and Spec MX5, which help build confidence, gain valuable experience, and develop race-craft. We introduce them to the MX-5 Cup car to help prepare them for the MX5 Cup and MX5 cup shootout through a combination of meticulously designed test sessions. We are helped in our efforts by our partnership with the challenging National Corvette Museum racetrack in Bowling Green, KY. This unique opportunity and the multiple track configuration available allow our young talents to further refine their skills, increase their speed, technical understanding and gain a lasting competitive edge.
However, our commitment doesn’t stop at coaching on the track; we place a strong emphasis on developing the complete racing driver. This means fostering not only their racing skills but also their image, personal brand, and understanding of the intricacies of public relations. We firmly believe that to succeed in the highly competitive world of motorsport, a driver needs to be more than just fast; they need to be the complete polished package and be fully capable of representing their commercial partners and brand. Our program is crafted to create well-rounded and fully prepared drivers, not just for the Mazda MX-5 Cup shootout, but for all the exciting opportunities that lie ahead.
